Cash on delivery all over Lebanon — pay when your order arrives

These terms apply when you use personalebanon.com or buy from Persona ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them, together with our Shipping policy, Refund policy and Privacy policy.
Persona is a small online shop based in Beirut, Lebanon (Achrafieh, The Hub). You can reach us on WhatsApp at +961 3 176 734 or by email at personalebanon@gmail.com.
We sell football kits, basketball jerseys, Formula 1 teamwear, boots and everyday clothing sourced from our suppliers. Unless a product page clearly says otherwise, our shirts are replicas: they are not official club, league or brand merchandise, and we have no association with, or endorsement from, the clubs, national teams, leagues or brands whose names or designs appear on them. Names are used only to describe the product.
Photos show the actual product as closely as we can, but colours can look different from one screen to another, and small details such as tags and packaging may vary between batches.
Each product has its own size chart. Please check it — and ask us on WhatsApp if you're unsure — before you order, because we can't exchange items for a different size after delivery.
Prices are shown in US dollars and include any extras you choose, such as name and number printing or patches. The delivery charge is shown at checkout before you confirm. We may change prices at any time, but the price you see when you place your order is the price you pay.
After you place an order we contact you on WhatsApp to confirm it. Your order is accepted once we have confirmed it with you. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is no longer available, if a price was clearly shown by mistake, or if we can't reach you to confirm — and if we do, you won't be charged.
If you choose name and number printing or patches, you are responsible for the spelling and details you give us. Personalised items are made just for you and can't be returned unless faulty (see our Refund policy). We may refuse to print anything offensive or unlawful.
We deliver within Lebanon only and payment is cash on delivery. Delivery usually takes 10–15 days; see our Shipping policy for details. The items become yours once you have paid for them.
Our Refund policy explains what happens if an item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered. Nothing in these terms affects any rights you have under Lebanese consumer protection law.
We're responsible for delivering what you ordered, as described. We're not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, or for losses that weren't a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, except where the law doesn't allow us to limit it.
Please don't misuse the website, try to break it, or copy its content for commercial use. We may update the site, these terms and our policies from time to time; the version shown when you place your order applies to that order.
These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of Beirut.
