Cash on delivery all over Lebanon — pay when your order arrives

Every Persona order is made up for you by our supplier, so we don't take items back for a change of mind. We do put right anything that arrives faulty, damaged or not what you ordered. Please read this before you order, and message us on WhatsApp if you're unsure about anything — especially your size.
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or isn't what you ordered, message us on WhatsApp on +961 3 176 734 or email personalebanon@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving it. Send your order number and clear photos of the problem. The item must be unworn, unwashed and still have its tags on.
Once we've looked at the photos we'll either send you the correct item at no extra cost, or refund what you paid for that item — whichever you prefer, as long as a replacement is available.
We don't accept returns or exchanges because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size, and we can't swap sizes after delivery. Kit sizing is closer-fitting than high-street sizing: check the size chart on the product page, and ask us on WhatsApp before you order — we'll tell you honestly which size to take.
Shirts with name and number printing or competition patches are made for you and nobody else. They can only be replaced if they are faulty or we made a mistake with what you asked for. Please check the spelling of the name before you order.
You can cancel free of charge at any time before your order is sent to you. Message us on WhatsApp as soon as you can with your order number.
Because you pay cash on delivery, you can check the parcel when the courier arrives before you pay. If you refuse a parcel that is correct and undamaged, we may ask for the delivery cost before accepting another order from you.
As orders are paid in cash on delivery, approved refunds are paid in cash or by a transfer method we agree with you, within 7 days of us approving them. You'll get back the amount you paid for the item; the delivery charge is refunded too when the problem was our mistake.
