How long it takes

Allow 10–15 days from the day you order. Your kit is made up and sent by our supplier, then delivered to your door anywhere in Lebanon.

We are not a warehouse pretending to be next-day. We would rather tell you 10–15 days and be right than promise two and let you down.

What happens after you order

  1. You place the order on the site. Nothing is charged at that moment.
  2. We message you on WhatsApp to confirm — the product, the size, the address and the total. Please reply, because we don't send anything until you do.
  3. Your order is placed with our supplier.
  4. We message you again when it is on its way to you.
  5. The courier calls you, you check the parcel, and you pay them.

Paying

Cash on delivery. You pay the courier in cash when the order reaches you — not before.

Open the parcel and look at what's inside before you hand over the money. That is the whole point of paying on delivery, and we would rather you checked.

Delivery charge

The delivery charge is shown at checkout before you confirm, so you always know the full amount before you commit.

If something is wrong with it

If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or is not what you ordered, we replace it. Message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of receiving it, with photos of the problem and the item still unworn and with its tags on.

We will sort it out — either the right item sent to you, or your money back.

Change of mind

We don't take items back because you changed your mind, and we don't offer size swaps after delivery. Everything is made up for your order specifically, which is why the price is what it is.

So please do two things before you order:

  • Read the size guide. Kit sizing is not high-street sizing.
  • Message us if you are unsure. We will tell you honestly which size to take. It takes a minute and it costs you nothing.

Printed shirts — name and number, or patches — can't be replaced for any reason other than a fault, because they are made for you and nobody else.

Refusing at the door

You can refuse a parcel when the courier arrives and pay nothing. Please don't do it lightly: we have already paid to get it to you, and a refused order costs us the delivery both ways. If you're having second thoughts, message us before it ships and we'll cancel it for free.
